Accessing Settings
Managing your settings in ZenseAI is simple and helps you get the most out of the platform. If you ever need help, your school admin or our support team is here for you.
Step 1: Access Settings Page

Hover on the user icon (your profile picture), and click settings

Available Settings
For Teachers
Personal Information
You can easily update the following personal information to keep your account up to date:
- Username
- School Email
- Title
- Phone Number
Preferences

AI Tools Output Language
- Sets the default output language for Explore's tools
- AI can automatically capture your information for direct generation in Explore's tools

Title Naming Language
- Determines how AI names your conversations

For Students
Personal Information
- You can add your personal email address
- This is important in case your school email expires
- Allows us to contact you in the future if needed
- Keeping your contact info updated helps you stay connected

Password Change Guidelines
When changing your password, please follow these rules to keep your account secure:
- Enter your current password for verification
- New password must be secure
- Both current and new password fields are required
- Password change will take effect immediately
Credit Limits
For any issues related to your credit limits, please contact your school administrator. They manage:
- Individual credit limits
- School-wide credit usage
- Access permissions If you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out for help!
