You can join Zense AI

You can join Zense AI with an email and password, or sign in instantly with your Google or Microsoft account. After your first login, you may be guided through a short setup wizard (see Account setup wizard).

Create an account with email

1. Go to the Zense AI sign-up page and choose Create Account.
2. Enter your username, email, and a password.
   • Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include at least one number.
3. Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. Click Create Account.
5. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code, enter it on the verify screen, and confirm.

Didn't get the code? Use Resend Code on the verification screen.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

1. On the login or sign-up screen, click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.
2. Choose your account and approve access.
3. You'll be signed straight into Zense AI.

If your account was created with Google or Microsoft, always sign in with that same button — password reset isn't available for those accounts.

Forgot your password?

1. On the login screen, click Forgot Password?
2. Enter your email and select Send Reset Link.
3. Open the email and follow the link to set a new password.

Trouble signing in?

• "Email not verified" — enter the code we emailed you first.
• "This account was created with Google/Microsoft" — use that sign-in button instead of email + password.
• "Too many failed attempts" — wait for the countdown to finish, then retry.

If problems persist, contact your school admin (for school accounts) or Zense AI support.
