The Library is your personal knowledge store.
Save anything worth keeping and organize it in nested folders.
Everything you save in Zense AI — chat replies, uploaded files, Studio outputs — can live in one searchable place. Library items can also be attached to Chat, synced to Tutors, or exported.
What you can save
Library supports a wide range of content types from across the app.
Save something
You can save from Chat, Tutor Studio, Meeting Minutes, or by uploading directly.
- Chat — save button on a message.
- Tutor Studio — save individual items or bulk-save by type.
- Meeting Minutes — save generated minutes.
- Upload — drag-and-drop or Upload from computer, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
Organize your Library
Create nested folders to mirror how you organize your classes or subjects.
- Click Library in the sidebar.
- Create folders and sub-folders.
- Move, rename, or delete items.
- Filter by type (flashcards, notes, slides, etc.) or date range.
- Search across names and content.
Indexing
Uploaded files go through indexing before they can be searched or attached as context.
Uploaded files go through indexing (Pending → Extracting → Indexing → Indexed). Indexed files can be searched and attached to Chat or Tutors.
Attach from Library
Attaching from Library in Chat or Tutor composers lets you bring saved content into any conversation.
In Chat or Tutor composers, choose From Library to attach saved items as context. Folder contents count toward attachment limits.
Sync with Tutors
Syncing Library folders to a Tutor's knowledge base keeps your tutor connected to your organized materials.
From a Tutor's Knowledge Base, use Sync from Library to link library folders or files. See Add knowledge to your Tutor.
Studio content in Library can be reopened, studied (flashcard revision), or exported (notes as Word/PDF, datasheets as .xlsx).
