Your Tutor can build flashcards straight from your conversation or your uploaded material.

You control the card type, how many, the language, and what to focus on.

Flashcards are one of the most popular Studio outputs — they are ideal for revision sessions and can be saved to Library for students to study independently.

Create a flashcard set

You can generate flashcards after chatting about a topic or directly from files already in the knowledge base.

  1. Chat with your Tutor about the topic (or make sure the relevant files are in its knowledge base).
  2. Open the flashcard generator from the studio panel.
  3. Choose your options (below) and click Generate Flashcards.
  4. Review the set in the studio, then save it to your Library.

Customize your cards

Each option shapes how the cards look and what content they cover. Experiment with different combinations to match your teaching style.

Card Type

Standard Q&A — classic front/back pairs.

Multiple Choice — a question with options A–D.

Fill in the Blank — cloze-style sentences with a missing word.

Number of Cards

Auto, 10, 20, 40, Unlimited, or a Custom number.

Output Language

Auto Detect, English, 繁體中文, or 简体中文.

Focus Area

Describe what to concentrate on, e.g. "Chapter 3, key formulas, historical dates." The Tutor prioritises this when writing the cards.

Refine and reuse

Generated sets are not final — you can regenerate with different options or save and revisit them later.

  • Not quite right? Adjust the options and regenerate.
  • Save to Library to revisit, revise, and study the set later.
  • Because cards come from your knowledge base, they stay aligned with what you actually teach.
