Review and approve apps submitted to the public gallery — and control whether students can publish publicly.

What admins review

When a teacher or student clicks Publish → Public gallery, the app enters Pending approval. Admins see:

App name, creator, subject, and grade tags
Link to preview the deployed app
Publish status filter: Published or Pending

Approve to make the app visible in the Public Apps tab for all Zense AI users. Reject or unpublish to remove it from the gallery.

School-published apps appear under Apps → My School for everyone in the organisation immediately.

School Management → Apps may include toggles for whether students can submit public publish requests — check your school's policy configuration on this page.
