Alongside flashcards, your Tutor can produce study notes built from your material.

Choose the style, language, and focus, and the Tutor writes notes that match your content.

Notes are great for distributing summaries before or after a lesson, and they export cleanly to Word or PDF for printing.

Create notes

Like flashcards, notes draw from your knowledge base — make sure the relevant material is uploaded or synced before generating.

  1. Chat with your Tutor about the topic, or make sure the material is in its knowledge base.

  2. Open the note generator from the studio panel.

  3. Pick your options (below) and click Generate Note.

  4. Review the note in the studio and save it to your Library.

Customize your notes

The note style you choose affects how students scan and use the output — bullet notes for quick review, tables for comparisons, summaries for overviews.

Note Style

  • Bullet Notes — organised bullet points for quick scanning.

  • Table Note — a structured table, great for comparisons and definitions.

  • Summary — a concise prose summary of the material.

Output Language — Auto Detect, English, 繁體中文, or 简体中文.

Focus Area — describe what to cover, e.g. "key theories, chapter summary, formulas." The Tutor prioritises this content.

Refine and reuse

If the first draft does not match what you need, tweak the style or focus area and regenerate until it fits.

  • Change the style or focus and regenerate until the note fits.

  • Save to Library so students (and you) can revisit it anytime.

  • Notes stay grounded in your knowledge base, so they reflect your syllabus.
